Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase/Firestore) in European data centers. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and secret management for API keys and credentials.

Our Service integrates with the following third-party providers:
- Google Cloud / Firebase — infrastructure, authentication, and database
- Google Gemini — AI language model used to generate chatbot responses
- Meta (Facebook) — Messenger platform integration for businesses that enable this channel

5. Data Retention
Conversation data is retained for as long as the business client maintains an active account with us. Deduplication records are automatically deleted after 10 minutes. Rate limit counters are periodically cleared. Business clients may request deletion of their data at any time.
