These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Chatbot platform operated by Weappify Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), including the website at aichatbot.ge, the mobile application, API, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
2. Account & Access
Access to the admin dashboard and mobile app requires an account created by a platform administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, abusive, or illegal content through the chatbot
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks connected to it
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or conduct phishing
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
4. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to generate chatbot responses. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You acknowledge that:
- AI responses are generated automatically and do not constitute professional advice
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated responses sent to your customers
- We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Weappify Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service.
You retain ownership of the content you provide (knowledge base, business information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide and improve the Service.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or interruption of service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weappify Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty (50) EUR, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may request deletion of your account at any time through the app's settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
